WEEKLY CLASSES
At BISON STRENGTH & FITNESS you have the choice of multiple different CLASSES running at multiple times throughout the week. Here is a brief description of what each CLASS in tales and a timetable of the weekly gym CLASS schedule.
ALL CLASSES ARE 60 MINUTES (Unless specified with a MAX CAPACITY OF 9 OR 12 PARTICIPANTS DEPENDING ON THE CLASS)

BOX READY
BOX READY is a boxing style class including coaching on padwork, bag work and some conditioning and core exercises. You will learn new techniques and how to put together combination. Footwork and movement will also be a key feature to this class and you will become, faster, more explosive and much more athletic.
WED SUN
HYBRID
HYBRID is a strength and conditioning workout designed to work full body and gain maximum results. Expect all aspects of fitness in circuit based, rep based or time based workouts. Rest periods are slightly longer but your 100% need them. Don't be scared to lift heavy and push your limits.
MON THU
ENGINES
ENGINES is an all out conditioning and endurance class. You will be working for up to 20, 30 or 40 mins at a time with no rest periods. This is a Max calorie burning class designed to keep that heart rate supercharge while putting the body under the stress of cardio, weight based and functional fitness. This class has minimal rest periods and be prepared to work up a serious sweat.
TUE SAT
C45
C45 is an intervals based circuits style class, where you work for 45 seconds with 15 seconds between exercises. This will involve weighted exercises, conditioning and core work. This class will help improve your strength and overall fitness while helping to shred body fat. C45 is ideal for all levels of fitness and will be scaled accordingly.
MON TUE
BisonFit
Be prepared to beast through many different types of training while using a variety of different equipment from barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and slam balls too assault bikes and ski-ergs.
Workouts have a time cap designed to push you to reach your full potential.
SAT
BURNER
BURNER is an explosive super high tempo HIIT based calorie and cardio burner. Expect a fast paced and high intensity workout. Its designed to keep that heart rate supercharge while putting the body under the stress or cardio, weight based and functional fitness. This class has minimal rest periods and be prepared to work up a serious sweat.
MON TUE THU
RECOVERY
This is a recovery based class specifically design to help you recover from the rigours of your training. It will involve lots of stretching, mobility work and some core and yoga based work. You will also use resistance bands, trigger point balls and foam rollers to aid your recovery and performance.
TUE FRI
SAVAGES
SAVAGES is exactly that! this is our most brutal and hardcore class. You will use lots of unusual objects and functional fitness equipment. Think Tyre flips, Sledge Hammer work, Burpee variations, heavy slam balls and Sled pushes and pulls. In this class you also have the option of wearing a weighted vest if you really want to unlock BEAST MODE.
FRI
CORE BLAST
CORE BLAST is a short, sharp but effective 30 minute core based class, designed to improve overall core strength and stability. Think lots of plank variations, versions of crunches and sit ups as well rotational work to light up your core and abdominals.
