Service Description
This is a strength and conditioning workout designed to work full body and gain maximum results. Expect all aspects of fitness in circuit based, rep based or time based workouts. Rest periods are slightly longer but your 100% need them. Don't be scared to lift heavy and push your limits. Expect work with dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and lots of functional kit.
