TEAM GROUP SESSIONS
SPORTS SPECIFIC TEAM TRAINING
These sessions are designed for local sports teams to improve their strength and conditioning based specifically around their sport. Ideal for pre-season or the off-season to improve team fitness, strength and moral. These session are held at a venue to be confirmed by the club and trainer upon booking and over email. All equipment will be provided by BISON STRENGTH & FITNESS and 1 or 2 trainers depending on group numbers.
Sports specific sessions cover strength and conditioning and functional training for most sports these include:
Football, Rugby, Cricket, Basketball, Hockey, Athletics, American Football, Netball and Baseball.
CLASS SIZES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON VENUE. THIS WILL BE DISCUSS UPON BOOKING.
PLEASE NOTE..........THAT IF YOU WISH TO HAVE US RUN THE SESSION AT OUR STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CENTRE THEN THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF 12 PARTICIPANTS PER 1 HOUR SESSION
1 hour session (12 max per session IN OUR GYM) (24 max per session OUTDOORS) £65
2 hours session or two 1 hour sessions (12 max per session IN OUR GYM) (24 max per session OUTDOORS)£100
