1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

MAKE ENQUIRY

•1 off 1:1 PT session is £50 per hour

•Packages available are as follows:

•GOLD £700 = 20x 1 hour 1:1 Personal training sessions (GOLD package has a 6 month expiry date from date of purchase)

•SILVER £450 = 12x 1 hour 1:1 Personal training sessions (SILVER package has a 6 month expiry date from date of purchase)

•BRONZE £240 = 6x 1 hour 1:1 Personal training sessions (BRONZE package has a 3 month expiry date from date of purchase)

•Private gym for your 1:1 training with a Trainer

•Help and guidance with nutrition and further workouts

•UNLIMITED Class and Open Gym sessions access

•A Transformation and personal goals profile is created including Body measurements and statistics, progress pictures, monthly check ins to keep you on track, workout programmes and meal plans.

Terms of Personal Training agreement are Bison Strength & Fitness have the right to cancel any session with at least 24 hours notice. As a client you have the right to cancel a session but if less than 24 hours notice is given before the start of the session you maybe charged for the session.

BUDDY OR COUPLE 2:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

•GOLD £800 = 20x 1 hour 2:1 BUDDY training sessions (GOLD package has a 6 month expiry date from date of purchase)
