Terms & Conditions.
Bison Strength & Fitness / TEAMBISON Coaching

1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Bison Strength & Fitness / TEAM BISON (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing any service, subscription, or training package, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or updated at our discretion.
2. Health & Liability
All clients acknowledge that:
• They participate in training at their own risk.
• They are medically fit to undertake exercise.
• They will inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations.
Bison Strength & Fitness is not liable for injuries sustained during training where reasonable care has been exercised.
Clients are responsible for training within their own physical limits.
3. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed via Stripe or approved payment platforms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with service-specific terms.
• It is the client’s responsibility to manage their subscription.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of access.
No refunds are issued for partially used services unless otherwise stated.
4. TEAMBISON Programming Subscription
4.1 Service Overview
TEAMBISON Programming is a self-guided training subscription delivered via the BridgeAthletic app.
The subscription includes:
• One structured 4-week training block
• Weekly self-check accountability form
• One weekly broadcast coaching email
This service does not include:
• Personalised coaching
• Programme customisation
• Direct messaging support
• Nutrition coaching
4.2 Subscription & Renewal
• Subscription fee is £39 per 4-week block.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on the 1st of each month.
• Billing continues unless cancelled before the cut-off date.
4.3 Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation requests must be submitted by the 27th of each month.
• Requests submitted after the 27th will apply to the following billing cycle.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Access remains active until the end of the paid block.
4.4 Programme Switching
• Free programme switches for the next block must be submitted by the 25th.
• If no switch request is submitted, the current programme automatically progresses to its next phase.
• Immediate mid-block switches are available at any time and require a £5 admin fee.
• Immediate switches do not reset billing dates.
• No refunds are issued for partially completed blocks.
5. Online Coaching
5.1 Service Overview
Online Coaching includes structured programming, accountability, and support as outlined in the selected package.
Each tier includes different levels of support and communication.
5.2 Commitment & Minimum Terms
If purchased as a minimum-term package (e.g., 12 weeks):
• The full term must be completed before cancellation.
• Early cancellation does not waive remaining payments.
5.3 Payment & Renewal
• Online Coaching subscriptions renew automatically unless otherwise agreed.
• Notice must be given before the next billing cycle to cancel.
5.4 Client Responsibility
Clients agree to:
• Complete check-ins as required.
• Communicate honestly.
• Follow guidance responsibly.
Results depend on adherence and effort.
6. Hybrid Coaching
6.1 Service Overview
Hybrid Coaching combines in-person PT sessions with structured online support.
Includes:
• One in-person PT session per week (unless otherwise stated)
• Programming via BridgeAthletic
• Accountability support
6.2 Missed Sessions
• Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may be forfeited.
• Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled.
6.3 Subscription & Cancellation
• Minimum terms apply where stated.
• Cancellation notice must be provided before renewal date.
7. Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)
7.1 Programme Structure
SGPT runs in structured training blocks.
Clients must adhere to scheduled sessions.
7.2 Trials
Trial periods are non-refundable.
Trial payments may be credited toward full programme enrolment if applicable.
7.3 Attendance
• Missed sessions are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.
• Programme fees are not reduced for missed attendance.
8. 1:1 Personal Training
8.1 Packages & Terms
Where 12-week packages are purchased:
• Payment plans must be completed.
• Early cancellation does not cancel remaining instalments.
8.2 Session Cancellations
• 24 hours’ notice required to reschedule.
• Late cancellations may result in session loss.
9. PT Pod Hire / Gym Rental
9.1 Rental Terms
External trainers renting space must:
• Hold valid insurance
• Operate professionally
• Respect facility rules
9.2 Credits & Usage
• Credits expire at the end of each billing period unless otherwise agreed.
• Unused credits do not roll over unless specified.
10. Facility Rules
All members and clients must:
• Respect equipment and property
• Maintain appropriate conduct
• Follow safety guidelines
We reserve the right to revoke access for misconduct.
11. Intellectual Property
All programming, materials, and training content remain the intellectual property of Bison Strength & Fitness.
Content may not be shared, distributed, or resold.
12. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
• Adjust pricing with reasonable notice
• Modify programming structures
• Update policies where necessary
13. Data & Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to data processing necessary for service delivery.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
