1 personal training session per week
12-week minimum commitment

£480 upfront (12 weeks)

2 sessions per week (24 total sessions)

Hybrid TeamBison Coaching

The most balanced option.

Perfect for those who want structured personal training while also training independently.

Includes:
1 PT session per week
Unlimited gym access
1:1 online coaching
Up to 4 coach check-in calls per month

Minimum 12-week commitment.
