Core PT
1 personal training session per week
12-week minimum commitment
Structured progression plan
Coaching support & accountability
£480 upfront (12 weeks)

2 sessions per week (24 total sessions)

Higher frequency, accelerated results, priority scheduling.

Perfect for those who want structured personal training while also training independently.

Unlimited gym access
1:1 online coaching
