At BISON STRENGTH & FITNESS you have the choice of multiple different CLASSES running at multiple times throughout the week. Here is a brief description of what each CLASS.
 
ALL CLASSES ARE 60 MINUTES (Unless specified with a MAX CAPACITY OF 9 OR 12 PARTICIPANTS DEPENDING ON THE CLASS)

SQUAT

This is a strength based session with the main focus based around improving your strength and ability to barbell squat.

CONDITION

A full body conditioning based workout designed for maximal calorie burn. Be prepared to push the heart rate and ready to sweat.

BENCH

This is a strength based session with the main focus based around improving your strength and ability to barbell bench press.

DEADLIFT

This is a strength based session with the main focus based around improving your strength and ability to barbell deadlift.

PUSH PRESS

This is a strength based session with the main focus based around improving your strength and ability to barbell push press.

LEADERBOARD

This is what all the weeks training is for, a chance to test yourself against others in a friendly but competitive environment. These leaderboard style workouts are designed to motivate you and give you the opportunity to progress up the leaderboard from week to week.
