STRENGTH & POWER PROGRAMME
STRONG is ideal for POWERLIFTERS or anyone looking to seriously improve their strength.
STRONG features thoughtfully designed progressions in the 3 main compound lifts, Squat/Bench Press/Deadlift. This training is also complimented with some accessory work and exercises.
The primary focus for this programme is on increasing your max lifts in these movements.
