PERFORMANCE is ideal for an ENDURANCE athlete, someone training for a HYROX event or just anyone that likes to train with a competitive edge.

PERFORMANCE programming will make you Fitter, Faster, Stronger. Be prepared to lift heavy while still being fast & efficiently.

The primary focus for this programme is on increasing your functional strength and work capacity.
