TRAINING FROM HOME PROGRAMME
MINIMAL is ideal for anyone struggling with time or has a busy lifestyle and cannot get to a gym.
MINIMAL is designed to be completed from home or even a hotel room as it requires bodyweight movements. This training programme can be elevated with the use of 1 Dumbbell, Kettlebell or a resistance band.
This programmes primary focus is to get an effective workout in when limited time and equipment is available.
