Service Description

CONDITIONING is an all out conditioning and endurance class. You will be working for up to 20, 30 or 40 mins at a time with minimal or no rest periods. This is a Max calorie burning class designed to keep that heart rate supercharge while putting the body under the stress of cardio, weight based and functional fitness. This class has minimal rest periods and be prepared to work up a serious sweat.
